Warranty

All products sold by AccessoriesBank.com comes with warranty, you'll find the exact warranty coverage in the product details for each particular product. You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Returns

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery date if you would like to return or exchange your product. All returned packages must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging or on the shipping label. Returns received without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.

 

RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days after issuance. You must return your item within 30 days after we issue your RMA number. Returns received more than 30 days after issuance of an RMA number will be refused.

 

We recommend you use a delivery service with tracking so that you may track your package's progress back to us.

 

Please read this section carefully to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner.

1. All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of being received.

2. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if you purchased wrong item, or you no longer want/need the item. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. All products must be returned in original packing materials.

5. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted unless RMA has been issued by AccessoriesBank.com. To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization), please send an email to service@accessoriesbank.com with your name, item # and the details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.

 

Exchange

If you ordered the wrong part and you want to exchange it for another part:

1. You the Customer must order the correct/new product prior to sending back the item they are returning for exchange/refund.

2. The item must be in good working condition (it will be tested upon receipt)

3. Exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the part they ordered to exchange is equal or greater to the price of the returned item.

4. No shipping will refunded
